Great size dishes and very useful when cooking for a crowd but it does have some VERY sharp edges and care is recommended when unpacking it and washing as I cut my finger quite badly. If it didn’t have sharp edges, I’d give it 5 stars.

No, the power lead isn't detachable.
Could it be used to heat plates up instead of food? How big is the interior space?
We would not recommend that you use the buffet server to heat up plates instead of food.
What are the kids made of? How long is the flex please?
The lids are made from plastic. The power cable is 1.5m long.
